超高压调节阀操纵机构是二次再热汽轮机组调节系统中最重要的设备之一,其动态性能的好坏直接影响汽轮机转速和负荷的控制,一次调频,OPC超速控制等工况的控制效果,进而影响整个汽轮机组的性能和安全性。文章通过相关仿真软件对超高压调节阀操纵机构动态性能进行分析,可看出该超高压调节阀操纵机构具有较高的动态性能,可满足大型超超临界二次再热汽轮机组调节系统的技术要求。并对以后类似机组调节系统的研发和设计提供理论参考。%VHPCV actuator is the important set in turbo set governing system, dynamic characteristics of VHPCV actuators directly in⁃fluence rotational speed, load, primary frequency modulation and OPC over speed control of turbo set, and then influence the perfor⁃mance and safety of the unit. This article analyses dynamic characteristics of VHPCV actuator for large ultra-supercritical double-re⁃heat turbo set by retated simulation software, we can see that high dynamic characteristics of VHPCV actuator can meet the require⁃ments of turbo set governing system. And the article supplies theory reference to research and design of similar turbo set governing sys⁃tem in the future.
