英国发展残奥体育的实践及其启示

摘要

Based on both a review on the development of Paralympics sports in the United Kingdom under its social and legal environment, the management system, strategies and major measures employed by the UK Sport in promoting high performance sports, and an analysis on post-effect of hosting London 2012 Games to the future Paralympics development in UK, this paper gives predictions on the trend of Paralympics development in UK and some advices on how to pursue sustainable development of Paralympics sports in China by considering the status quo of China’s Paralympics movement and the enlightenment drawn from UK’s practice in this regard.%英国是国际上残奥体育运动发展最为成功的国家之一，在社会法律环境、管理体制、发展策略和重要措施等方面都有自己的优势与成功经验，承办奥运会、残奥会对其残奥体育发展具有重要促进作用，我国残奥体育的发展应当借鉴和吸取其有益经验和做法、在诸多方面切实改进提高，以更好的实现我国残奥体育的可持续发展。
