智力残疾及精神残疾者往往呈现出社会适应行为障碍，严重者失去生活自理能力，影响生活质量。但国内对其有效的干预研究还很薄弱，北京市陶然亭街道“快乐音乐吧”音乐治疗项目针对残疾人制定的奥尔夫流派的音乐治疗康复模式，采用个性化团体音乐治疗的方式，在改善残疾人生活自理能力及社会功能方面有一定疗效，促进了其社会能力、发展人际关系和交流能力的提高，改善了个人生活质量和认知功能，在恢复生理功能及促进心理健康方面均具有康复作用。研究结果可为音乐治疗法的改进与推广以及残疾人康复研究提供有益的建议及参考。%The intellectual disabilities and mental disabilities, who often show adaptive behavior disorder and may lose self-care ability in daily life, are special vulnerable groups in society. Unfortunately, there are rare positive intervention studies on adults with intellectual disabilities in China. 18 adults with intellectual disabilities or mental disorder who are members of music therapy group"Happy Music Club"in TaoRanTing community of Beijing were selected for this study;and they were divided into two groups for the focus-group-interview. The purpose was to evaluate effectiveness of the music therapy. The results showed that singing, dancing, signing lyrics, finger gymnastics are effectiveness for the disabled and their mood, which improves their communication skills, self-care ability and coordinate ability. Therefore, music therapy in the forms of groups and individuals combination, which applies the methods of Orff music therapy, can improve social adaptive behavior and their social ability and develop interpersonal and communication skills development. It influences both the physiological function and the psychological health. The results also will become useful references for future sequential treatment.
