菲律宾南海仲裁案是南海和平稳定的威胁

摘要

In January 2013,the Philippines unilaterally initiated compulsory arbitration proceedings with respect to the disputes with China in the South China Sea.Now the Arbitral Tribunal has rendered the award on the matter of jurisdiction and admissibility,and finished the tribunal hearings of the substantive issues and the outstanding issue of jurisdiction.
