First, this article briefly introduces"the 4th Japan-China-Korea S&T Information Institutes Joint Seminar"general y. Then, focusing the newly set up agendas, namely, open access, digital identification, as wel as the Practical Chinese-Japanese Machine Translation System are introduced. Final y, the article gives the topics of Paral el Session, as wel as the plan of the 5th Seminar.%文章首先简要介绍“第四届中日韩科技信息机构联合研讨会”的整体情况，其次，围绕会议设立的新议题，即开放获取、数字标识，以及实用型汉日双向机器翻译系统进行重点介绍，最后，简述会议专题讨论的议题以及第五届会议的计划。
