It is an open source code project and the continuation of the C-JDBC project. It is a kind of database clustering method, including datum syn-chronization, replication, and recovery. The flexible architecture of Sequoia supports large and complex database cluster architectures offer-ing various performance, fault tolerance and availability tradeoffs.
