基于一种位移传感器的桥梁挠度测量系统

     

摘要

Deflection of bridge span means the maximum deformation when bridge is under the action of load. Due to the con-straints of laboratory conditions,the article develops a system for measuring bridge deflection,which is small,simple,portable. The article intruduces the composition of displacement transducer and sends it to the host as analogy input.The system judges the voltage and output it as digital output, driving buzzer to do the corresponding response.At the same time ,Servers can realize remote data access and real-time monitor.Experimental results verify the feasibility and correctness of the control system scheme and analyze the error cause. Therefore, the system has a strong promotion value and practical engineering application prospects.%桥梁挠度是指桥梁在荷载作用下的最大变形。由于实验室环境条件的制约,该文研制开发出一款小型、操作简单、易移植的挠度测量系统。阐述说明了位移传感器的组成与测量原理,实现将电压放大并作为模拟量输入发送给主机。系统对电压值判断后将判别结果作为数字量输出,驱动蜂鸣器做相应反应,同时服务器也可实现远程数据读取和实时监控。实验结果验证了系统控制方案的可行性和正确性,并对误差原因进行分析。系统具有很强的推广价值及实际工程应用前景。
