基于STM32的双轴太阳跟踪系统设计

         

摘要

In order to improve the utilization of solar energy collection effi ciency, a dual axis solar automatic tracking system based on ARM STM32 processor is designed. This makes the solar collection equipment always face to the sun and improves the work effi ciency. The method of combination of the four quadrant detector and the solar motion trajectory is used to measure solar angle, a dual axis shaft is been controlled through fuzzy PID algorithm and make the collector always facing sunlight. Experimental andfi eld test results show that the system is stable, reliable, and work timely. Moreover this system can accurately track the sun and thus greatly improve the work effi ciency of the solar collection, and have good practical value.%为了提高太阳能收集设备对阳光的利用率,本文设计了一种基于STM32ARM处理器的双轴太阳自动跟踪系统,使得收集设备能在白天始终正对太阳从而提高工作效率.该系统使用四象限探测器与视日运动轨迹结合方法确定太阳的高度角和方位角,通过模糊PID算法分别控制两个相互垂直的转轴,并带动收集设备使之垂直太阳入射光线.实验和现场测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠、实时性高,并能准确跟踪太阳从而大幅提升收集设备的工作效率,具有良好的实用价值.
