带有精确截面信息的一种曲面重构方法

     

摘要

It is necessary to reconstruct surface with precise section basedon measured point in reverse engineering, and a two-step reverse method is developed. Firstly constructing continuous interpolation curve based on ordinal measured points. Secondly obtaining precise coordinate values, which are required in order to interpolate by the transfer of independent variable field. Thirdly reversed calculating the controlling points of NURBS surface and obtain continuous segments surface modeling, moreover the precise section is also acquired. Lastly taking a specific example in this paper.%逆向工程中需要由测量点重构曲面,并且在特定位置有精确截面轮廓信息。针对有序离散点,提出二次反算的方法。首先反算构造有序离散点的整体c2连续的插值曲线,通过自变量的域变换,精确得出所须插值位置的坐标值,然后采用NURBS曲面进行控制点反算,得到分块连续的曲面模型,特定截面轮廓在块连接处精确得到,最后给出具体的应用实例。
