高温合金GH4169多道次可逆热轧的有限元模拟

         

摘要

High temperature alloy usually shows high resistance to deformation, so the elastic deformation of the roller has to be considered in investigating the plate profile. An elasto-plastic thermo-mechanical coupled FE model for large deformation was established through MSC. MARC for simulating the multi-pass reversible hot rolling, in which an equivalent e-lastic roller was adopted. The FE model can be applied to simulate the whole process of multi-pass rolling continuously without any manual operation. The simulation results of multi-pass hot rolling of GH4169 alloy plate showed a good precision by using this modeling method.%高温合金变形抗力大,在研究板形问题时必须要考虑轧辊的弹性变形.应用MSC.MARC软件,采用弹塑性大变形热力耦合有限元法,建立了包括等效弹性轧辊在内的多道次可逆热轧过程的热力耦合有限元模拟模型.应用该模型实现了多道次轧制过程的连续模拟,而中间不需要进行人工干预.对高温合金GH4169的多道次热轧模拟结果表明,这种建模方法获得了较好的计算精度.
