镍基单晶合金的高温蠕变行为研究

     

摘要

The key components of aircraft engines and gas turbines work chronically in harsh environment of high-temperature and high pressure,their service life is highly depended on the creep and fatigue behavior of the materials,which has attracted considerable attentions in recent years.In this paper,the status and prospects of research on high-temperature creep behavior of nickel-base single crystal supper alloy are presented,and some typical topics of supper alloy are discussed,which contains the directional coarsening phenomenon,the creep anisotropy phenomenon,the evolution of dislocation,and the damage mechanics models etc.%航空发动机、燃汽轮机等高温部件长期工作在高温、高压等严酷环境下,蠕变和疲劳成为制约其使用寿命的重要因素之一,近年来日益受到广泛关注.从镍基单晶合金的高温蠕变现象出发,结合高温蠕变行为中的定向粗化、蠕变各向异性、位错演化、损伤力学模型等问题,介绍了国内外单晶高温合金蠕变行为的研究现状及发展趋势.
