This paper describes the machining process of the arm joint in a five-axis machine tool with two turntables. The machining strategy of the arm joint assisted by UG software is used to analyze the whole process from the clamping of the part model to the actual machining. The structural analysis of the arm joint is carried out. The fixed-axis machining strategy is adopted to debug and successfully trial-produce the arm joint of the five-axis machine tool. It is very convenient to improve the machining efficiency of the parts.%介绍了机臂接头零件在双转台5轴机床的加工过程,利用UG软件辅助机臂接头零件的加工策略,分析了该零件模型的装夹到实际加工的整体流程,对机臂接头零件的结构性分析,采用定轴加工策略,在5轴机床调试并成功试生产,对今后的零部件定轴加工效率的提升极大的方便.
