汽车用大型预硬化塑料模具钢的研究与开发

摘要

分析了汽车等注塑行业对模具钢的使用需求,研究了大型预硬化塑料模具钢的发展趋势及塑料模具钢的特性.在此基础上,对某厂生产的大型预硬化塑料模具钢的制造工艺进行了研究及实践,对产品各项性能进行了分析.结果表明,生产的汽车用大型预硬化塑料模具钢截面硬度、显微组织均匀一致,可满足实际使用需求.%The demands of mold steel on automobile injection molding industry are analyzed, the development and characteristic of large prehardening plastic mold steel are researched. Based on which, the fabrication process are researched, the performance of the steel are analyzed too. The result shows that, the hardness、microstructure of the forged large prehardening plastic mold steel are uniform, which could meet the demand of injection molding industry.
