抽螺纹后翻盖扣合注射模结构设计

针对瓶盖产品生产,产品在不取出模具的时候,将外盖自动盖合在内盖。设计出了抽螺纹结构和自动翻盖扣合装置,按照合理的脱模动作顺序,最后完成了产品的成型要求。模具结构合理可靠,在没有人工干预的前提下,用自动扣合外盖装置,实现了自动化生产,生产效率高。%According to the requirements of bottle cap production injection molding, product is taken out of the mold when the outer cover is automatically closed in the inner cover.
