To analyze a load state of a fastening member about a fastening work using a fastening tool for rotating a body section when fastening torque reaches a set torque value which is preset.SOLUTION: A fastening work analysis system includes: a fastening tool to be used for a fastening work to be performed by an operator; and a fastening work analyzer which analyzes the fastening work by the fastening tool. The fastening tool has a head section connected to the fastening member, a body section which is rotatably engaged with the head section and is rotated when fastening torque generated in the fastening work reaches a set torque value which is preset, and a rotation detection section for detecting operation information by which a rotation operation of the head section can be specified. The fastening work analyzer has an operation information acquisition section for acquiring the operation information from the fastening tool, and an analysis section for outputting an analysis result of an overload state to the fastening member in the fastening work on the basis of the operation information acquired by the operation information acquisition section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
