带水槽金刚石节块圆锯片及其实验研究

摘要

Now in stone processing, there are many problems including poor washing ability, difficulty to discharging scrap and big radial cutting force. In order to solve these problems a new kind of diamond segment with coolant slots was developed. The results in the cutting properties and working life experiments showed that for the radial cutting force and the working life, the new diamond saw has great advantages compared with conventional ones. By carrying out process parameter experiments and building empirical formula of cutting force, some useful references are obtained for its application.%本文针对现有金刚石圆锯片存在的排屑困难，冲洗性差，径向切削力大等问题，提出了一种带水槽的新型金刚石节块及圆锯片，与同规格锯片相比，它在径向切削力和切割寿命上都有显著的优越性，并通过工艺参数和建立锯切力经验公式，为其推广应用提供一些有用的参考依据。
