非固结磁性磨粒的加工性能试验

     

摘要

探讨了非固结磁性磨粒的构成,利用正交试验对影响磁性磨粒加工性能的因素:颗粒大小、质量比、结合剂等进行试验分析.结果表明:当铁磁相Fe粉的目数为200目,磨粒相SiC的目数为120目,铁磁相与磨粒相的质量比为3∶1,加工时间3 min时加工效果最佳;同时再加入偶联剂会得到更好的加工效果,而被加工材料以45钢的光整效果最好.相对于烧结法和黏结法的磁性磨粒,该方法工艺简单、成本较低,同时又有较好的加工性能,这对于简化磁性磨粒制备工艺,以及磁性磨粒光整加工技术在精加工中的应用具有现实意义.%The constituents of the unconsolidated magnetic abrasive were discussed. The effects of the particle size, the mass ratio and the binder on the magnetic abrasive machining performance were analyzed by the orthogonal experiment method. The experiment results showed that, the machining effect was optimally realized, when the grain size of Fe powder was 200 mesh, that of SiC was 120 mesh, the mass ratio between them is 3: 1 , and machining time reached 3 min. Furthermore, better machining performance would be obtained with the addition of coupling agents and when 45 steel was machined. Compared with the sintered magnetic abrasive and bonded magnetic abrasive, the unconsolidated magnetic abrasive has simple preparation processes, low cost, and good processing performance.
