砂带生产过程中聚酯布基处理的相关质量问题探讨

摘要

This thesis briefly introduces the features and information details of the treatment for polyester cloth backing.The quality problems in the treatment are discussed,such as over elongation,wavy edge,curve weft, contaminant material,big particle etc,which have effect on the quality of coated abrasive products.Using the help of some measurement and methods,the external and inner quality of polyester cloth backing can be improved.The results showed that the quality of coated abrasive belts is significantly improved to meet the customer needs on the stable and quality-improved polyester cloth backing .%介绍了砂带生产过程中聚酯布基处理的具体情况和特点，对聚酯布基处理过程中容易产生的主要质量缺陷，如延伸率过大、荷叶边、坯布纬弯、透气率、浆斑、表面突起等问题进行了分析。讨论了不同质量问题对成品涂附磨具生产的影响；通过解决不同质量问题和采取相关措施，更好地提高了聚酯布基的质量。研究结果表明：通过采取有效地预防措施和办法，可提高聚酯布基处理的稳定性和质量，从而达到提高涂附磨具砂带品质的目的。
