Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of rehabilitation exercise on the limb function recovery of senile cerebral infraction combined with diabetes. Methods 94 cases of senile patients with cerebral infraction combined with diabetes in our department from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group. Results The FPG, 2 h PG in the observation group obviously decreased compared with those in the control group, the different was statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the ADL score and FMA score in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, the different was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation exercise of senile patients with cerebral infraction combined with diabetes can effectively promote the limb function recovery, control the blood glucose and improve the prognosis.%目的 探讨康复锻炼对老年脑梗塞合并糖尿病患者肢体功能恢复的效果.方法 选取该科2017年6月—2018年6月收治的老年脑梗塞合并糖尿病患者94例,随机分为2组,各47例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予康复锻炼.结果 观察组FPG、2 h PG较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组ADL评分、FMA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对老年脑梗塞合并糖尿病患者进行康复锻炼,能有效促进患者肢体功能恢复,控制血糖,改善预后.
