Objective To investigate the effect of antibiotics descending ladder on patients with severe pneumonia complicated with diabetes. Methods A total of 162 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were studied. According to different treatments, 81 cases were observed in the observation group and the control group each. Both groups were treated with insulin hypoglycemic therapy and treated with antibiotics in the control group. Observation group with antibiotics to reduce the number of hospitalizations, the time spent on infection control, the number of days of antibiotic use, and the time of absorption of lung lesions; the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The therapeutic indexes of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05) . The therapeutic effect of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion After the antibiotic descending step treatment, the treatment effect of the patients was significant, and the recovery was faster and better, and the adverse reactions ratio is lower.%目的 探讨采用抗生素降阶梯治疗重症肺炎合并糖尿病患者的效果.方法 将该院重症肺炎合并糖尿病患者162例为对象进行研究, 依照不同疗法分做观察组、对照组各有81例;两组均以胰岛素法降糖治疗, 予以对照组抗生素常规治疗, 观察组抗生素降阶梯治疗, 统计两组住院时间、控制感染所用时间、使用抗生素天数、肺部病灶吸收用时等指标;评判两组疗效.结果 观察组各项治疗指标均优于对照组 (P<0.05) ;观察组疗效比对照组更显著 (P<0.05) .结论 应用抗生素降阶梯治疗后, 患者治疗效果显著, 康复更快、更好, 且不良反应更低.
