目的 探讨精神疾病合并糖尿病的相关因素以及护理干预的价值.方法 收集2017年7月—2018年7月接收的精神疾病合并糖尿病患者80例, 采用抽签法的方式将其分为观察组与参照组, 每组40例.参照组接受常规护理, 观察组接受针对性护理, 对其疾病相关因素进行简要分析, 并对比两组护理依从性以及临床指标改善情况.结果 观察组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、餐后2 h血糖等各项指标均低于参照组, 组间数据对比差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) ;观察组总依从率39 (97.50％) 例高于参照组32 (80.00％) 例, 组间对比差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 针对精神疾病合并糖尿病患者给予临床针对性护理措施, 对稳定患者病情, 提高患者护理依从性具有显著效果.%Objective To explore the related factors of mental illness and diabetes and the value of nursing intervention.Methods 80 patients with mental illness and diabetes mellitus received from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled. They were divided into observation group and reference group by drawing method, 40 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, and the observation group received targeted care, a brief analysis of the disease-related factors, and comparison of the two groups of care compliance and improvement of clinical indicators. Results The indexes of triglyceride, total cholesterol and blood glucose 2 hours after meal were lower than the reference group. There was a seatistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) . The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than39 (97.50％) and the reference group of 32 (80.00％), there was a statistically significant difference between the groups (P<0.05) . Conclusion Clinically targeted nursing measures for patients with mental illness and diabetes have significant effects on stabilizing patients' condition and improving patient care compliance.
