目的：观察益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选择该院收治的40例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为观察对象，收治时间为2013年5月—2015年5月，将其随机分成两组，对照组20例患者采用常规治疗，实验组20例患者在对照组基础上加用益心舒胶囊治疗，观察两组糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床疗效、血糖变化及心功能改善情况。结果实验组的临床疗效（95.00%）明显优于对照组（70.00%）；且两组糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖变化及心功能改善情况，差异有统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对糖尿病合并冠心病患者采用益心舒胶囊治疗的效果显著，能明显改善患者的血糖水平。%Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy of capsule Yixinshu Coronary treatment.
