Objective To study and discuss the clinical treatment of diabetic skin pruritus and clinical effect, analyze its application value. Methods In our hospital from 2014 May 21 to 2015 May 21, admitted during the period of 58 cases of diabetic skin pruritus were randomly divided into control group (29 cases) and experimental group (29 cases), control group were given conventional treatment, patients in the experimental group to give the West for cetirizine, compound glycyrrhizin Gan tablets combined with heat Sanjie capsule for treatment. To compare the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the patients in the experimental group and the control group. Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was signifi-cantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance. The adverse reactions of the patients in the experimental group were smaller than those of the control group (P>0.05), and the patients were not statistically significant. Conclusion Diabetic skin pruritus has brought great pain to the patient, the clinical attention, strengthen treatment.%目的 研究并且探讨糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症的临床治疗方案与临床治疗效果,分析其应用价值和可靠性. 方法 将该院从2014年5月21日—2015年5月21日期间收治的58例糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为对照组(29例)以及实验组(29例),对照组患者给予常规方法进行治疗,实验组患者给予西替利嗪、复方甘草酸甘片联合清热散结胶囊进行治疗. 比较实验组患者与对照组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应差异. 结果 实验组患者的临床效果显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者的不良反应情况与对照组患者相比差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症给患者带来了较大的痛苦,临床上要引起重视,加强治疗.
