Objective To investigate the effect of warming acupuncture in treating diabetic patients with peripheral neu-ropathy. Methods 71 patients comply with voluntary informed and randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (36 cases), given the observation group, all the patients temperature of traditional Chinese medicine acupunc-ture and Mecobalamin intramuscular injection for treatment, control group with ordinary acupuncture and intramuscular methylcobalamin treatment carried out. Two groups of all patients were treated with oral hypoglycemic agents and B vita-mins, as well as the targeted treatment. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical efficacy of comprehen-sive treatment with significant differences, the total effective rate of the observation group (91.44%) was better than the con-trol group (53.89%). The observation group in the improvement of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with MNSI ques-tionnaire score was also significantly better than the control group of the survey score. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with acupuncture and moxibustion is obvious.%目的 探讨中医温针灸治疗糖尿病患者周围神经病变的效果. 方法 将71例患者遵照自愿知情与随机原则分为观察组(35例)与对照组(36例),给予观察组全部患者中医温针灸与弥可保肌注进行治疗,对照组患者用普通的针刺和肌注弥可保开展治疗. 两组所有患者均采用口服降糖类药物和B族维生素以及对症的针对性的治疗. 结果 两组患者经过治疗,临床综合治疗的疗效差异有统计学意义,观察组的总有效率(91.44%)优于对照组(53.89%). 观察组在改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的MNSI调查表评分也明显优于对照组的调查评分. 结论 中医温针灸治疗糖尿病的周围神经病变治疗效果明显.
