病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者整体护理效果的临床探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the holistic nursing effect of viral hepatitis and diabetes patients. Methods Randomly selected 80 cases of viral hepatitis patients with diabetes mellitus for the study, in accordance with the principles of ran-domized into control group and observation group, the control group received routine care, observation group was given the holistic nursing, observation and analysis of the effect of the two groups of nursing intervention. Results Observation group of patients, nursing satisfaction was 92.50%, percent compliance rate was 97.50%, disease knowledge rate was 92.50%; the control group of patients, nursing satisfaction was 67.50%, percent compliance rate was 70.00%, disease knowledge rate was 62.50%, the difference was highly statistically significant groups of patient care satisfaction, compliance rate and disease control rate between knowledge (P<0.01), the observation group than the control group. Conclusion The holistic nursing in-tervention can improve care of patients with viral hepatitis and diabetes satisfaction, treatment compliance and mastery of knowledge of the disease, the effect is satisfactory care, it should be widely applied.%目的：观察病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者整体护理的效果。方法随机选择80例病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者为研究对象，按照随机化原则分为对照组和观察组各40例患者，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予整体护理，观察并分析两组患者的护理干预效果。结果观察组患者中，护理满意度为92.50%，遵医率为97.50%，疾病知识掌握率为92.50%；对照组患者中，护理满意度为67.50%，遵医率为70.00%，疾病知识掌握率为62.50%，两组患者护理满意度、遵医率和疾病知识掌握率之间的差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），观察组明显优于对照组。结论整体护理干预能够提高病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者的护理满意度、治疗依从性和对疾病知识的掌握程度，护理效果较为满意，值得推广应用。
