目的：研究分析优质护理用于泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法择取该院2014年7月—2015年7月期间进行治疗的92例泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者，运用随机抽签法进行平均分成，一组46例患者应用常规护理作为对照组；一组46例患者应用优质护理作为研究组。结果研究组患者的空腹血糖（简称FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（简称2 hPG）的水平显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者发生并发症的几率约为8.70%（4/46）显著低于对照组的23.91%（11/46），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者开展优质护理，可有效控制血糖水平，降低并发症的发生率，临床护理价值较高。%Objective To study the analysis of the high quality nursing care for the clinical effect of urology disease dia-betes mellitus patients. Methods Will pick from 2014.07 to 2015.07 during treatment of 92 cases of urological surgical pa-tients with diabetes mellitus, on average, by applying the method of random draw a set of 46 patients with routine nursing care as control group; A group of 46 patients with application of high quality nursing as a team. Results The patients with team of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose 2 h (hereinafter referred to as PG) were significantly better than control group, differences P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Group at the risk of complications in patients with about 8.70% (4/46) was significantly lower than the control group (11/46), 23.91% of the differences P < 0.05 was sta-tistically significant. Conclusion The urology disease combined with diabetes to carry out the high quality nursing, which can effectively control blood sugar levels and reduce the incidence of complications, clinical nursing value is higher.
