糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者治疗期间应用护理干预的效果分析

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on diabetes with peripheral neuropathy in the treatment period. Methods 128 cases with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy visited our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group. During the treatment period, the control group were given the traditional nursing and the treatment group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention. And the blood sugar stability before and after meal of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate was 79.69%in the con-trol group, and 95.31% in the treatment group. The overall effective rate of glycemic control of the treatment group was much bet-ter than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy, comprehensive nurs-ing intervention can achieve good effect, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.%目的：探究护理干预在糖尿病合并周围神经病变治疗期间的使用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月来该院就诊的糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者128例为研究对象，将所有患者随机平均分成治疗组和对照组。对照组患者在进行治疗期间，进行传统护理，治疗组使用综合护理干预，对比两组患者餐前餐后的血糖稳定性。结果对照组的有效率为79.69%，治疗组为95.31%。治疗组血糖控制总有效率情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者在治疗期间，进行综合护理干预，能够起到良好的治疗效果，因此值得在临床中推广使用。
