慢性心功能不全合并糖尿病的临床护理分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing on chronic cardiac insufficiency with diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 cases with chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated by diabetes admitted in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group(38 cases) and the study group(42 cases), in accordance with different nursing regimen given to them. The control group were given the conventional nursing, while the study group were given clinical nursing based on the conventional nursing. And the curative effect, level of blood glucose and b-type natriuretic peptide were observed in both groups. Results Compared with the study group, the control group had much lower overall response rate (73.7%vs 92.9%), obviously higher fasting blood glucose level and 2h postprandial blood glucose level, significantly higher BNP level [(345.7±152.6) vs (237.9±136.8)] pg.mL, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing on chronic cardiac insufficiency with diabetes is remarkable.%目的：分析慢性心功能不全合并糖尿病的临床护理效果。方法回顾性分析2012年12月—2014年12月该院80例慢性心功能不全合并糖尿病患者临床资料,按不同护理方案分为两组,对照组38例行常规护理,研究组42例在其基础上行临床护理,观察两组疗效、血糖水平及B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平。结果对照组总有效率73.7%显著低于研究组92.9%,空腹、三餐后2 h的血糖水平均显著高于研究组,且BNP水平(345.7±152.6)pg.mL显著高于研究组(237.9±136.8)pg.mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心功能不全合并糖尿病的临床护理效果显著。
