抗糖新药米格列奈合成方法研究

摘要

Mitiglinide is also called mitiglinide calcium, chemical name is Monocalcium bis [(2s)-2-benzyl-3-(cis-hexahy-droisoindole-2-ylcarbonyl)- propionate] dehydrate. Mitiglinide is the third glimepiride drugs after repaglinide and nateglinide that are derivatives of phenylalanine, which mainly is used to improveIIdiabetes postprandial hyperglycemia. In this paper, the asym-metric synthesis and chemical split method about the synthesis method of mitiglinide in recent years are outlined and compared.%米格列奈，也称米格列奈钙，是苯丙氨酸的衍生物，化学名为双[(2s)-2-苄基-3-(顺-六氢异吲哚啉-2-羰基)-丙酸]单钙二水合物。米格列奈是继瑞格列奈和那格列奈之后的第三个格列美脲类药物，主要用于改善2型糖尿病患者餐后高血糖。该文主要综述了米格列奈的常用合成方法，包括不对称合成法和化学拆分法，并对其进行比较。
