烧伤合并糖尿病患者的治疗观察与临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the treatment condition of patients with burn and diabetes. Methods 47 cases of patients with burn and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the re-search objects and treated with bandage, auto-skin grafting, reducing blood glucose and anti-infection according to the dis-ease degree of patients, and the curative effect of the patients was analyzed. Results The cure of patients with burn of shal-low 2 degree was good without obvious scars in 1 month, and the patients with burn of deep 2 degree and 3 degree was cured and vascular lesion occurred to 1 case. Conclusion The patients with burn and diabetes should be treated according to the disease degree after admission.%目的：分析烧伤合并糖尿病患者的治疗情况。方法研究对象选取该院2012年9月-2015年8月收治的47例烧伤合并糖尿病患者，根据患者的病情程度采用包扎、自体皮移植以及降糖、抗感染等治疗措施进行治疗，分析患者的疗效。结果烧伤浅2度的患者在一个月内愈合良好，没有明显的瘢痕；烧伤深2度以及3度的患者在4个月内愈合，其中1例患者发生血管病变。结论烧伤合并糖尿病入院之后结合病情。
