Objective To explore the clinical study of the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer. Methods 90 cases of peptic ulcer were treated in our hospital during the past 2 years. Among them, 2 cases of patients with type 40 diabetes combined with peptic ulcer, as the study group; 50 cases of patients with simple peptic ulcer, as the control group. Treatment of two groups of patients. Results the total effective rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of pa-tients with Helicobacter pylori eradication rate was found, the eradication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion the clinical manifestations of these patients have certain differences, and for their treatment, can not be directly in accordance with the treatment of patients with simple peptic ulcer.According to the characteristics of patients, to develop effective programs.%目的：探讨2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者治疗的临床研究。方法选取2年间来该院进行治疗消化性溃疡的90例患者。其中40例患者为2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡，作为研究组；50例患者为单纯消化性溃疡，作为对照组。对两组患者进行治疗。结果研究组患者的总有效率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率比较发现，研究组患者的根除率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论此类患者临床表现有一定的差异，而且对于其治疗，不能直接按照单纯消化性溃疡患者的治疗方式进行。应根据患者的特点，制定有效的方案。
