综合护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者合并急性脑梗死患者的临床研究

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 di-abetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Randomly selects my courtyard in January 2015 to ad-missions during the December of the same year with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction of the elder-ly patients with 100, according to the lottery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group, each group 50 patients. In the experimental group, the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing interven-tion, the reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention. Results After different nursing intervention, the ex-perimental group of patients for nursing work satisfaction degree (98%) was significantly better than the reference group (86%), the two groups compared to the presence of significant differences (P< 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclu-sion Comprehensive nursing has important application significance, and it is worth popularizing in related fields.%目的：研究综合护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者合并急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法随机择取该院在2015年1月-12月期间接诊的患有2型糖尿病联合脑梗塞的老年患者100名，将其按照抽签的方式随机分成实验组和参照组，每组50名患者。对参照组行以常规性的护理干预，对实验组则行以综合性护理干预。结果经过不同的护理干预，实验组患者对于护理工作的满意程度(98%)明显优于参照组(86%)，两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理有着重要的应用意义，值得在相关领域进行推广。
