Objective To investigate the effect of timely diagnosis and treatment on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 68 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2013 were selected as the subjects of this study. There were 45 cases of pregnant women with gestational du-ration shorter than 25 weeks, and they were attributed to the observation group. 23 cases of pregnant women with gestational duration more than 25 weeks were diagnosed, and they were classified as control group. Compared the two groups of preg-nant women after the intervention of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose 2 hours, the use of insulin, the pro-portion of pregnancy induced hypertension, and compared the two groups of pregnancy outcome differences. Results The observation group of pregnant women and the use of the index of insulin, complications were significantly better than the control group of pregnant women, there were significant differences in the differences between the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion The hospital must increase publicity and education efforts to improve the physical examination of pregnant women, to ensure that the gestational diabetes can be a good early treatment.%目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者及时诊断和治疗对产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法该组入选对象为2013年6月—2015年6月期间该院收治的68例妊娠糖尿病患者作为该组研究对象。确诊妊娠糖尿病时孕程短于25周的患者有45例,将其归于观察组；确诊妊娠糖尿病时孕程多于25周的患者23例,将其归为对照组。比较两组孕妇接受干预之后的空腹血糖情况、餐后2h血糖情况、使用胰岛素的比例、妊高症情况；同时比较两组妊娠结局方面存在的差异。结果观察组孕妇的各项受检指标以及胰岛素的使用率、并发症情况均明显优于对照组孕妇,各项差异比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论各医院一定要加大宣传教育力度,提高孕妇的身体检查意识,确保妊娠期糖尿病能够得到良好的早期治疗。
