氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管治疗糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To analysis the calcium hydroxide iodoform paste root canal treatment the clinical curative effect of diabetes patients with periarthritis merge the apex. Methods From March 2013 to March 2013 were 50 cases of diabetic patients with periarthritis of root, its were randomly divided into two groups, control group patients take root canal filling paste for root canal filling, observation group were treated by root canal filling calcium hydroxide iodoform paste. Results The observation group of patients treatment the total effective rate was 96.00%, control group patients was 64.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion The diabetic patients with periarthritis of root tips of root canal treatment, using calcium hydroxide iodoform paste fill the curative effect is distinct.%目的：探析氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管治疗糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取该院2013年3月-2014年3月收治的50例糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组患者采取根管填充糊剂进行根管填充，观察组患者采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂行根管填充。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%，对照组患者为64.00%(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并根尖周炎患者的根管治疗中，采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂填充疗效显著。
