益气养阴法治疗糖尿病400例临床分析

摘要

Objective To study and observe the clinical application effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin method?in clinical treatment of diabetes. Methods The comparison group were treated with western medicine, the study group were treated with supplementing qi and nourishing yin method, and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment effective rate, FBG content, PBG content and HBA1c level in the study group were better than those in the comparison group, and there were obvious differences with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclu-sion The supplementing qi and nourishing yin method treatment can obviously improve the treatment effective rate of dis-eases, effectively control the blood glucose level and greatly improve the symptoms of patients, which is worth promotion in the primary hospitals.%目的：探究在糖尿病的临床治疗中，采用益气养阴法进行治疗，观察其临床应用效果。方法选取2014年7月—2016年1月来该院接受治疗的400例糖尿患者作为研究的案例，根据随机数字表法，将其分为探究组和比较组，每组各200例。比较组患者给予西药治疗，探究组患者采用益气养阴法进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果探究组患者采用益气养阴法进行治疗后，其在疾病治疗的有效率、FBG含量、PBG含量，以及HBA1c水平方面，相较于给予西药治疗的比较组患者，情况都明显要好，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论采用益气养阴法进行治疗，能够显著的提升疾病治疗有效率，有效的控制患者血糖水平，极大的改善患者症状.值得基层医院推广。
