目的：研究血清炎症因子水平与2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法选择该院收治的40例2型糖尿病患者作为观察对象，根据患者造影结果将其分成两组，对照组(冠状动脉正常)患者22例，实验组(冠状动脉病变)患者18例，对收治的所有患者进行血清炎症因子的检测，比较检测结果的差异。结果对照组与实验组hs-CRP、YKL-40、脂蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平及总胆固醇等指标之，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清炎症因子水平与2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变的严重性相关，其可能参与2型糖尿病粥样硬化的发展过程。%Objective To study the serum levels of inflammatory factors and the correlation of type 2 diabetes mellitus pa-tients with coronary artery disease. Methods 40 cases of our hospital patients with type 2 diabetes as research object, the treating time for August 2013 to September 2015, divided into two groups according to the results of angiography in patients with will, 22 patients with the control group (normal coronary artery), the experimental group patients with coronary artery lesions in 18 cases, all patients were treated with detection of serum inflammatory factors, comparing the difference between the test results. Results Control group and experimental group hs CRP, YKL 40, lipoprotein, glycated hemoglobin level and the differences between the indices such as total cholesterol significantly (P<0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The serum levels of inflammatory factors and the seriousness of the patients with type 2 diabetes, coronary artery disease, it may be involved in the development of atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes.
