中医治疗糖尿病合并高血压病的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment of hypertension and diabetic. Selection Meth-ods From August 2013 to August 2013 were diabetic hypertension patients of 400 cases were randomly divided into control group (200 cases) and observation group (200 cases) and control group in patients treated with western medicine, observa-tion group of patients in the control group based on the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and complication rates. Results The complication rate of two groups of patients with no significant difference (P> 0.05), the treatment effect, total effective rate of observation group patients was higher (P< 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic hypertension patients, to take the traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve curative effect, and will not increase complications, relative safety.%目的：探讨中医治疗糖尿病合并高血压并的临床疗效。方法选取该院2013年8月-2014年8月收治的糖尿病合并高血压病患者400例，随机分为对照组200例和观察组200例，其中对照组患者采取西药治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上实施中医治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果两组患者并发症发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗效果对比，观察组患者治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病合并高血压病患者的治疗中，采取中医治疗能够显著提高疗效，且不会增加并发症发生，相对安全。
