积分腔输出光谱技术腔镜反射率标定研究

         

摘要

论文设计了一套用于增强氧气吸收的积分腔光谱测量系统,并利用长光程吸收参考池对积分腔的腔镜反射率进行了标定.在大气环境中,使用13144.58cm-1氧气吸收谱线,通过加载不同扫描频率,同时测量积分腔和长光程参考池的输出吸收信号,通过比较二者的吸收率推导出镀膜腔镜的反射率.测量结果表明,在760nm波长附近,腔镜反射率测量平均值为0.9881,标准差δ=6.04×10-5.通过测量得到反射率得出光学腔有效吸收长度并反演氧气组分浓度,验证了反射率测量的准确性和实验系统的可行性.%An ICOS measurement system for O2 was designed in this paper, and the reflectivity of the coated dielectric mirrors was measured using a long-path reference cell. The measurement is executed with a spectral line of 13144. 58cm-1 in the atmospheric environment. The reflectivity at different scanning frequencies was derived from the comparison of the output absorption signals of the integral cavity and the reference cell. The measurement result shows that the measured reflectivity of the coated mirror has an average value of 0. 9881 and a standard deviation δ of 6. 04× 10-5at different scanning frequencies for the laser spectrum nearby 760nm. Use the measured reflectivity to obtain the effective absorption length of the optical cavity and to invert the concentration of the oxygen component, verifying the accuracy of the reflectance measurement and the feasibility of the experimental system.
