目的:探究 ICU 肿瘤重症患者给予营养支持护理法的临床效果。方法:选取我院 2019 年 9 月到 2020 年 12 月收治的ICU肿瘤重症患者80例,用随机计数法分为对照组合观察组,每组各40例。对照组用常规护理法,观察组用营养支持护理法,比较两组患者的护理效果及满意度。结果:观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床计量指标改善相较于对照组更加显著(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:ICU肿瘤重症患者应用营养支持护理法,临床效果显著,值得大力推广。Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of nutritional support nursing for ICU patients with severe tumor. Methods: A total of 80 ICU patients with severe tumor admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control combination observation group by random counting method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing method, the observation group used nutrition support nursing method, compare the nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results: The nursing effect of observation group was significantly better than control group (P < 0.05);The improvement of clinical measurement indexes in observation group was more significant than that in control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of nutritional support nursing for ICU patients with severe tumor has significant clinical effect and is worth popularizing.
