甲基立枯磷对植物病原真菌和细菌的活性测定

摘要

In vitro activity (EC 50 ) of tolclofos methyl to against 28 fungi and bacteria of plant most species of pathogen was tested by measuring the diameter of colony on plates. Tolclofos methyl was effective to Zygomycetes,Ascomycetes Basidiomycetes and Deuteromycetes . Tolclofos methyl showed a strong fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia, Sclerotinia, Sclerotium, Botrytis, Macrophoma,Penicillium and Phomopsis . Fungitoxicity of tolclofos methyl to Alternaria, Colletotrichum, Rhizopus and Fusarium graminearum was remarkable at lower concentrations.
