While the hover car or flying car has been being still extensively investigated since the first years of the twentieth century and fail to reach production, leaving us wondering "where is my flying car?" the flying boat is coming back and seems much earlier to build. A flying boat startup in Paris., SeaBubbles, uses electricity instead of gas to power their prototype flying boat in Miami in February, 2019.
