摘要
Objective: to observe the effect on body mass index and cardiopulmonary exercise function of obese people by taking exercise as the core and combining with individual intervention such as nutrition and psychology. Methods: 20 middle-aged and elderly obese patients were selected as the experimental group, and 10 obese patients with no difference in age, gender, BMI and other indicators were randomly selected as the control group. The changes of various indicators before and after the experiment were monitored. Results: the weight, BMI and waist circumference of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. PeakVO2/kg, AT VO2 and AT VO2/kg in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference. Conclusion: individualized exercise-centered intervention for obese patients can reduce body fat and improve cardiopulmonary exercise function of obese patients.
