Objective: to study the medical value and nursing effect of individual nursing for patients in rheumatism immunology department. Methods: from April 2020 to April 2021, 78 patients with rheumatic immune diseases treated in the rheumatic immunology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two nursing mode groups: case group and general group, with 39 cases in each group. Patients with rheumatic immune diseases in the case group received personalized nursing plan. Rheumatism immunized patients in the general group received routine medical care plan, and the nursing outcomes and NRS scores of the two groups were compared. Results: after clinical nursing intervention, the NRS score of patients with rheumatic immune diseases in the case group was significantly lower than that in the general group and the P < 0.05, the difference was comparable. Conclusion: the effect of individual nursing for patients with rheumatism immunology is ideal and better than conventional nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.
