摘要
Objective: to investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention model on nursing care of patients undergoing radical mastectomy. Methods: in this study, 74 patients with breast cancer diagnosed in our hospital in recent one year (May 2019-December 2020) were divided into groups. The patient was clear and agreed with the study. Then they were divided into 37 cases each by random number method. One group received routine nursing after operation, and the other group adopted evidence-based nursing model to record and compare the nursing effect. The differences between the two groups caused by different nursing interventions were compared. Results: compared the nursing effect of the two groups of patients, the treatment quality of the observation group of 37 patients was better than that of the control group of patients who were selected for routine treatment, and the incidence rate of complications was 8.11%. Conclusion: selecting a more scientific and evidence-based nursing intervention model in the clinical nursing of patients undergoing radical mastectomy is of great significance in improving the quality of clinical nursing, which can significantly improve the nursing effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and thus promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
