Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

摘要

Objective: to study the efficacy and clinical improvement of evidence-based medicine in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods: the study was initially carried out in January 2021 with a deadline of January 2022. Sixty patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in hospital during this period were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of drawing lots randomly, the two groups are divided into two groups, 30 groups are monitoring groups and the other 30 groups are monitoring groups. Results: the anxiety level of the patients in the group was significantly lower, especially the depression level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The overall quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05). In the follow-up group, the number of patients with acute attacks, ST range blood pressure and cardiovascular attacks during the attack were all effective and statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: according to the introduction, in the clinical application and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases, the patients' bad mood was improved, which led to the improvement of their quality of life after the crisis, the improvement of clinical symptoms, and the clinical curative effect was more accurate.
