对高层高密度住宅的反思

高层高密度住宅在我国近10年间飞速发展,已经成为大多数城市新建住宅的主要形式,甚至在很多县城、镇也开始出现。高层住宅既能节约土地,也更加消耗资源,同时也带来其他问题,高层高密度的居住形态既有市场的因素,也有制度的推手。＂百年建筑、干年规划＂,高层高密度建设模式正在改变我们的城市,对城市的未来产生复杂而深远的影响,需要我们更全面、理性的思考。本文通过对高层高密度住宅存在的问题、与人口和环境资源的关系、国际比较等进行探讨,并对我国高层高密度住宅的发展提出了一些建议。%It has been a decade since the booming of high rise and high-density housing began. It is now one of the major forms of urban housing development in China, even in the once remote counties and towns. Considered saving land, it also consumes more energy than ordinary buildings, and brings other problems as well. Its popularity is the result of both free market and policy choice. The paper examines the existing problems of high-rise and high density housing and its relationships with environment and resources. Suggestions are given at the end to the future development.
