火电厂生产准备工作计划体系构建的问题与措施分析

摘要

In order to ensure infrastructure construction safety and investment progress control of thermal power plants, the model integrated with construction and operation is adopted by many thermal power plants. The foresaid model can not only maintain profit level, reduce capital risk, but can also reduce operating pressure and ensure seamless transition from construction to production. This paper analyzes the existing problems in production preparation stage of thermal power plants and put forward relevant solutions for work plan system construction.%为保证火电企业的基建生产安全和投资进度可控，很多火电厂的建设采用建设与运营一体模式，既能保持电厂的盈利水平，降低资金风险，又能减小企业的经营压力，实现生产与基建无缝对接。本文分析了火电厂在生产准备阶段存在的问题，提出了建立完整计划体系的重要性和相关解决措施。
