Interpretation of Regulation for safety supervision and administration of hydropower dams in operation concerning registration was performed through seven aspects ,such as the role, range, category and condition, procedure, schedule of registration, penalties of non-compliance, duties of regulator.%从注册登记的作用、范围、种类和条件、程序、申报时间、不注册登记的后果、监管机构的相应职责7个方面对《水电站大坝运行安全监督管理规定》有关大坝安全注册登记内容进行解读。
