多孔式翅片传热与流阻特性分析

         

摘要

Based on CFD simulation technology, the heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics of perforated fin were investigated by taking account of various perforation factors, especially the effect of different perforation factor was analyzed. The results show that the flow resistance of perforated fin increases as the perforation rate increases with ignorable change in heat transfer. With reducing of perforation diameter, the heat transfer and flow resistance of perforated fin increases. The heat transfer and flow resistance of the perforated fin with staggered array is greater than the perforated fin with in-line arrangement. The perforation shape is found to have little influence on heat transfer of perforated fin. When the flow is in the laminar regime, the flow resistance of perforated fin with square shape perforation is greater than the perforated fin with round and triangular shape.%采用CFD数值模拟技术,研究了多孔式翅片传热与流阻特性,重点分析了不同孔口因素对多孔式翅片传热与流阻的影响.研究结果表明:随着孔隙率增加,多孔式翅片流阻增大,但其传热并未明显提升.同一孔隙率下,翅片传热与流阻随孔径减少而提升.开孔方式呈错列布置的流阻与传热性能高于孔口呈并行布置的情况.开孔结构对多孔式翅片传热性能影响较小,但在层流状态下,正四方形孔口流阻高于正三角形和圆形孔口形式.
