为了研究自由活塞斯特林发动机配气活塞的摩擦学性能,在自由活塞斯特林发动机动力学模型的基础上,分析了动力学方程中阻尼项的组成。利用自由振动法,得到各阻尼项的阻尼率,进而得到配气活塞的阻尼系数。试验结果表明,实验系统中的阻尼率均随活塞运动速度的增大而降低。配气活塞头与气缸壁之间和配气活塞杆与动力活塞内壁之间的摩擦阻尼率在0.01—0.02范围内;不同的充气压力下,配气活塞的阻尼率在0.04—0.07范围内;在不同的热源温度下,配气活塞的阻尼率在0.075—0.085范围内。%In order to study the tribology properties of displacer of free-piston stirling engine .Based on the dynamic model of free-piston stirling engine , the components of damping term in the dynamics equation were andlyzed .Then using the method of free vibration , the damping ration of the components of damping term was obtained and the damping coefficient was calculated .The experimental testing result shown that the greater the displacer speed , the smaller the damping ratio .The damping coefficient between the displa-cer and the cylinder-wall is 0.01—0.02.The damping coefficient between the displacer rod and the inner wall of piston also is 0.01—0.02.The damping coefficient is 0.04—0.07 under different charge pressures and is 0 .075—0 .085 under different hot end temperatures .
